Strategy for developing the company's branches and representative offices

There are 2 types of branches and representative offices in our project.

1. Online branch. Personal office and ZOOM meetings.

Recently, after the pandemic, the world has changed drastically, communication systems have improved and most of the work, even in the biggest of companies, is done remotely.

The first stage, according to the ROADMAP, is aimed at shaping the technology, doing documentation and survey work before the start of 2025.
The work is done through approved contractors based in different parts of the country and the world.

At this stage, the main place for clients and participants to come together is the virtual office (personal office).

We use ZOOM meetings to meet with the management and hold interviews as this brings the team together in one virtual office.

2. Physical branch.

The company has a media office in Puschino, Russia with an area of more than 200 sq.m.
This office is set up as a venue for tech meetings and discussions between the management and the specialists from the RAS institute's laboratory, which is located within walking distance.

We now face a task that many investors from different countries need, which is the opportunity to meet the founders live, conduct interviews, sign memorandums and agreements on cooperation.

To address this, at the first stage of implementing the project we are adopting a strategy of organizing periodic offline group meetings and conferences in locations that are most convenient for attendance.

Careful use of funds

We are careful with our investors' money, so it is not our strategy to ramp up costs by renting spaces in prestigious buildings.

At this stage, it is important to allocate all funds to process payments.
This strategy allows us to significantly cut costs!

In the next stages of development, starting from 2025, we will organise production at a contractor's facility. During this period, we will set up a production office, a platform where it will be possible to learn in detail about the production process and to obtain product samples.

How do I get to the office, meet the founders, hold an interview and explore the offer?

1. You can take part in an individual ZOOM meeting with the project's CEO Ivan Saltanov and other MLC executives.

2. You can have a meeting with the National Representative in your country, where you will learn everything about the project. These meetings are organised by national representatives.

3. You can visit the company's office/showroom, which will be set up occasionally in different parts of the world and attended by the founders. The timing of launching such venues will be announced in advance.
