We have filed our first patent application as part of implementing the project.
The first patent covers the installation mechanism and system, as well as the in-house developed technical versatile solutions for the sensor.
We estimate that over the entire development period we will have registered up to 10 patents on various parts, elements and know-how of our device.
Obtaining patents is a time-consuming and continuous process. The timeframe for obtaining a patent varies from one part of the world to another, averaging 18 months or more. Therefore it is important for us to start the process as soon as possible.
The patent applications are filed in Russia and will then be extended to other countries.
Gradually all MLC patents are to be extended to all the countries where the products will be distributed!
