Today we visited one of the most popular microelectronics production facilities in Russia - the Mikron plant.
The Mikron plant is a closed enterprise that manufactures numerous government orders of various types. Photo and video filming is prohibited on the territory of the plant, except in specially designated areas.
This historic facility manufactures products for millions of different items needed in different parts of the world.
These include microchips for:
- international passports,
- bank cards,
- travel tickets,
- animal implantable chips,
- universal microcontrollers
and other electronic components that are in popular demand.
During the business meeting we were introduced to the technology and production capacities of the plant and paved the way for further joint co-operation in the field of microcontroller production based on their technologies.
