How do I register in the project?

Go to the registration form on the MLC.health website or get a link from the person who told you about the project.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the "Forgot Your Password?" option. In the field that appears, enter the email address you registered your personal office account with. An email containing a link will be sent to the email address you provided. When you click the link, you will need to enter a new password.

There is no email in my inbox

Make sure that your email address is correct. If the email is correct, check the SPAM folder or try searching for an emal from [email protected]

How do I change my date of birth?

If you entered your date of birth incorrectly when registering, please contact the operator, they will help you change the date.

Are there any webinars? Where can I find the schedule?

Where should I refer to if I have questions about payment, the project, etc.?

How do I change my email?

You can change your email in the personal office in the Profile section. If you cannot change it yourself, contact the technical support and provide a new email address. For security purposes, you need to attach a selfie with an identity document in your hands.

How do I complete verification?

To complete verification, go to the Profile section, Verification tab, and fill in all the fields of the form, also upload two documents:
- one document to confirm your identity (your passport with full spreads of pages or ID card on both sides);
- the second document to confirm your address.
The details provided in the form must match the data in the uploaded documents.

How do I re-complete verification?

To re-verify, please fill in the fields of the form again and upload your documents.
You cannot re-verify for another person.

How do I become a legal in representative of a minor and manage their personal office account?

1. Register your child in your first line.
2. After following the link in the email confirming registration, fill in the details in the form that opens. Click on the Additional button and enter the child's date of birth. Enter the email address of your user account in the field that opens (this is the email of the legal representative). As a legal representative, you are to be verified.
3. Send us the child's birth certificate in the online chat of your personal office account at MLC.health
4. After checking the documents, you will be able to manage your child's user account.
5. You do not need to complete verification in the child's user account.

How do I log in to a minor's user account as their legal representative?

1. When logging in to your personal office account, enter your email and password.
2. A window will appear asking you which user account you would like to log in to, yours or your child's, select the one you need.
3. Upon logging in to your child's account, you will be able to manage it, top up the account, and buy investment packages.

How do I specify an heir?

Specify the heir's e-mail in the profile settings in the personal office. The heir must be registered with the personal office. You can only have one heir.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

How do I disable two-factor authentication?

To disable two-step authentication, you need to write to [email protected] with a request to disable it and attach a screenshot of your photo with an identity document in your hands, for security purposes.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password yourself in the personal office. To do this, you need to go to the Profile section, the Personal Account Settings tab and change it in the corresponding field.

How do I top up my account?

To top up your account, go to the Banking section, then select the account you want to top up: Investment Account or Wallet, then enter the top-up amount and select a payment system from the list.

How do I transfer money to partners?

To transfer funds to a partner, you need to go to the Banking section, Wallet tab, then select Money Transfer.

Where do I find the investment agreement?

Your investment agreement can be found in the Documents section, Investment Agreement tab.

My agreement in English

The investment agreement is drawn up in English, as it is an international language. You can use Google Translate to translate the document.

Where do I find my partnership agreement?

The partnership agreement can be found in the Documents section, Partnership Agreement tab

How many personal office accounts can one person register?

Only one personal office account can be registered per participant.

If a participant has multiple personal office accounts, they will be blocked.
