Any cooperation implies a plan of action - a strategy, rules.
Not everyone understands how to build communication, how to make contact.
Let us describe the main rules.
1. Time. It should be chosen based on the location of the intended partner. Nobody will engage in a dialogue in the middle of the night, of course.
2. Method. By reposting the news you are already attracting interested users, but if you contact them through a direct message with a short description of your proposal, the dialog can be built more effectively.
3. Reminders. If you write a direct message, but the client does not answer it, you should remind him/her in 24 hours and ask if there are any questions. If the client still doesn't get in touch, write to them later, after a few days, but do not write too often.
4. Personal example. Your potential partner should understand that building a structure is an effort-consuming, but doable process, and your example will be a proof of that.
5. Contact. Even having already built your structure you should keep in touch with your partners. Do not forget to respond to their messages, if possible hold online meetings, thereby providing support.
