The company has made significant progress and is preparing to enter into new additional contracts with research teams for necessary research and development (R&D) activities.
Signing of the contracts is subject to the terms of reference from the FRAXIS engineering centre, which acts upon our order and significantly complements our research.
In this regard, we are launching an incentive offer for early repayment of issued installments. The proceeds from the offer form a fund for the payment of research and development activities with further advance payments.
This offer applies in addition to the existing offers on early repayment of installment plans and bonus for timely payment. The bonuses under the offers are combined.
Terms and conditions of the current offer:
Validity period: from August 31, 2023 to September 15, 2023 inclusive.
Bonus: we credit extra +20% of shares to the total number of shares in the package upon full early repayment.
What you need to do to get the bonus: make all the payments under the current installment plan in full.
The shares will be credited upon expiry of the offer validity period: on September 16, 2023.
