To implant the sensor on the human body, a fitting system is required, which consists of parts made of plastic with different properties. To make the sensor fitting procedure comfortable, the smoothness and painlessness of the procedure are important, which depend on the quality of each component part of the mechanism and the sensor itself. Improving these components and their characteristics can enhance the comfort and efficiency of the fitting procedure.
We have conducted market research on medical devices and materials that are used for encapsulation. Based on these studies, we are conducting material selection for our device. The necessary properties of plastic materials that meet the requirements of medical devices have been identified. In addition, potential suppliers and manufacturers of such materials have been found in order to ensure the high quality and reliability of the CGM Fly sensor fitter.
