Today, the MLC project has moved to the next stage in its development - stage 7. In the previous period, the company consolidated its legal structure for future scale-up, increased capitalisation in intellectual property and expensive equipment, and set up its own laboratory for development.
- The company has been registered in Dubai, UAE and obtained a licence: https://mail-cdn.mlc.health/doc/Licence_MLC_GT_2023.pdf
- A new company InnoBioSistems engaged in accumulating intellectual property has been registered.
- We started the process of obtaining patents, having submitted documents for 4 out of 20 patents planned for 2024.
- Setting up our own laboratory. The premises have been found and rented, repair work is being finalised, and the research team has been appointed. Procurement of the necessary expensive equipment is actively underway.

- National representative in Vietnam - Hồ Duy Quang - has been appointed, and held the first conference of the project in Vietnam!
- Attending exhibitions, namely Ruplastika 2024, Semicon in China.
- The MLC project presentation has been updated and a brandbook has been made.
- Development of our mobile application is in progress - graphic interfaces are ready.
These are the highlights of our work at the previous stage. We are actively developing on a daily basis in all areas, following our Roadmap.
Some statistics for the period of stage 6:
New investors - 1,830, total number of investors in the project - 5,330.
New registrations - 13,000, total number of registrations in the project - 44,500.
720 million shares was sold with a total value of $ 2.0 million, total liabilities in installments amounted to $ 7.2 million.
Received payments on purchased packages: $ 335,000, with a total of $ 2.31 million in payments received.
Participants from 14 more countries have joined the project. Now there are 169 countries participating in the project.
