MLC is actively developing, offering innovative solutions for health diagnostics and monitoring, as well as for environmental preservation. Funding for our project is carried out in several key stages, ensuring efficient development and business scaling.
1. Scaling phase
Pre-Seed
Funding stages 1-7 (2024):
This stage focuses on research and development (R&D). We attract upfront investments that go towards building prototypes, developing proprietary technologies, and conducting initial tests.
2. SEED phase
Funding stages 8-12 (2025):
At this stage, the first production line is set up to launch the first sales with certification in one country.
3. Scaling phase
Round A
Stages 13-17 (from 2025 to 2027):
Active commercial activity begins at this stage. Production and sales expand with global market entry. Continuous scaling and growth.
4. Public Markets
IPO (2030):
Further business scaling and entering new international markets. Increasing production capacities and consolidating market presence.
