Roland S. ASSOGBA, MLC's National Representative in Benin, together with Josias AZONGLATO, MLC's Assistant, and a team of partners, organized a presentation of the project for 130 students and professors from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology at the University of Abomey-Calavi. Thanks to the initiative of our leaders, the mission of MLC was shared with the audience of students: those who are to build our future!
- Oratorical skills
The MLC Conference was hosted by our National Representative SAMA Nadey with the help of a team of assistants in another city in Benin, Tanguiéta. More than 150 people gathered in the hall, attracted by the opportunities for financial and professional growth offered by the project. SAMA Nadey spoke in detail about the goals and achievements of MLC and succeeded in generating genuine interest in the company's innovative developments and their role in healthcare.
- Motivation
The ability to motivate people to take action is a valuable skill for project leaders. This was appreciated by the participants of the MLC meeting in Grand Lahou, Côte d'Ivoire. Those present were provided with inspiring answers to their questions from Mémel Léopold AKPRO, National Representative in the region, and expressed their willingness to support the development of the project. Solid outcome!
