Day two of MLC's participation in the world's largest exhibition, World Health Expo Dubai, was marked by a strategic breakthrough for our project. A key event took place, laying the foundation for our global expansion: a memorandum of intent was signed with one of UAE's most influential holding companies, Aamerah Holding.
The document was signed following successful negotiations conducted by our partner Sofian STUMPF, Sales Director of the UICOM Investment Company.
On behalf of Aamerah Holding, the document was personally signed by Dr. Rashid Al Ameri, CEO of the holding, which emphasizes the highest level of importance of this memorandum for both parties.
Aamerah Holding is a powerful, diversified corporation whose activities cover key economic sectors of the ME GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region: asset management, energy, logistics, construction, pharmaceuticals and medical technology distribution, as well as strategic consulting.
