If you have cancelled investment packages, it is important to understand that the window of opportunity has shifted.
What is impossible now?
• It is no longer possible to restore 100% production installment plans purchased BEFORE MARCH 31, 2025 (more than a year ago).
• Conversion of 50/50 packages to 100% production ones if they were purchased BEFORE MARCH 31, 2025 is also unavailable.
What has changed?
The period for purchasing an installment plan, which can still be restored, has been shifted.
Now, only packages of production shares purchased AFTER APRIL 1, 2025—that is, no longer than a year ago—are available for recovery.
What can be done right now?
• Go to your personal office account → Investments → My Installments.
• Please check the purchase date for your cancelled packages.
• If they are purchased AFTER APRIL 1, 2025, you still have a chance to keep the valuable asset.
• If they are older, recovery is no longer possible, unfortunately.
How do I restore my installment plan?
Personal Office → Investments → My Installments.
Select the desired installment plan → Restore.
Select the number of payments (at least 1). The full amount is required for promotional packages.
Read the terms and conditions (subject to change) → Confirm.
Please contact technical support to convert 50/50 installment plans purchased after April 1, 2025 into 100% production ones.
Please remember: the window of opportunity is shifted monthly. Don't put off checking and restoring your installment plan: this month could be crucial for it.
