Over the period from October 30, 2024 to September 17, 2025 (10 months) , information was posted in all personal office accounts about the need to accept the terms and sign a new investment agreement due to the project's transition to a new legal structure and the transfer of technology investment shares to a new legal entity, that is MLC GT LLC-FZ. Some investors have not signed the new agreements yet.
The company previously responsible for selling the shares is under liquidation!
Currently, there are 7 days left until May 20, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+4) to sign the new agreement and retain your technology investment shares. After this deadline, according to the notice, the investor's shares may be written off as part of completing the transfer and liquidation procedure for the previous companies of the project.
Please check the signing status of documents in your personal office account and inform your partners that they need to complete this procedure.
