Our production facility in China has received a specialized microscope designed to measure the thickness of the membrane and coating layers applied to the CGM Flystat biosensor.
This piece of equipment plays a key role in the production cycle control system.
The consistency and repeatability of the applied coating thickness for the biosensor are critical to achieving accurate factory calibration. The new microscope will make it possible to monitor this parameter with the required accuracy at every stage.
