Over the past year, our project has made it possible to recover installment plans for packages with 100% production investment shares, but only when certain conditions are met:
Current conditions:
- A package eligible for recovery may not be a promotional package or a special package;
- The installment plan was taken out no more than 12 months ago;
- The installment plan was cancelled within the preceding 3 months;
- At least 3 payments have been made under the installment plan.

We keep getting numerous requests to launch an offer for recovery of installment plans, but we cannot recover all installment plans as requested, because that would go against the company’s policy of providing accurate information.
We have decided to run an alternative limited-time offer.
New conditions:
- A package eligible for recovery cannot be a promotional package or a special package (this condition remains unchanged);
- The installment plan was taken out no more than 12 months ago (this condition remains unchanged);
- The installment plan was cancelled no earlier than 6 months ago (the cancellation period is extended from 3 to 6 months);
- At least 1 payment made (changed from 3 payments to 1 payment).
This condition is in effect temporarily from October 27 through November 30, 2026 and applies to 2,200 cancelled installment plans.
