Last week we had a number of important meetings with representatives of companies involved in venture capital funding.
We have been assured of major investors stepping in to fund the project at the SEED stage.
The range of funding is from $ 2 million to $ 10 million.
What does that mean?
1. The project is interesting to large-scale investors!
2. Investors anticipate entering the project at a later stage.
This is due to the structure of portfolios that these investors have. They cannot enter at the PreSeed stage.
3. We have an excellent incentive to work. We know exactly what we need to do and how to increase investor input while the project implementation is still in progress.
What do we do next?
We independently go through the prototyping stage (PreSeed). We raise $ 2 million for this. It is important not to lose the sales momentum!
After this stage is completed, the price of shares will increase by 2 times in 18 months. The funds will be guided by the new price of the next 8 funding stages.
We will arrange for everyone the opportunity to exit the project (EXIT) at the stage of connecting the funds. This will happen in 18 months.
The main thing now is working on the prototype of our CGM system and timely funding for this work.
