We held one of the most important meetings with scientists from the Institute of Biochemistry and Physiology of Microorganisms of the Russian Academy of Sciences, one of the main institutes capable of developing a biosensor.
The laboratory of the institute will create for us a unique technology, which will be the basis of our CGM systems and will be supported by a patent.
As a result of the meeting with the scientific team of the laboratory at IBPM RAS, we got confirmation on the timing of developing the biosensor, which is about 6 months, as well as the list of necessary equipment for the development and testing. We delved into elaborating the manufacturing processes.
Collaboration with the IBPM RAS is:
- Using the experience and expertise of scientists accumulated over decades in the field of biosensor design. Building our own diagram and preparing all specifications to apply for a patent.
- Access to the enzyme used in biosensor manufacturing. Enzyme synthesis in its pure form takes place at the institute in the required volumes. Simplifying the production line of the engineering center.
- The institute has working technologies that can be used by us now in case of economic feasibility. Providing access to other markets.
- New useful acquaintances, getting additional partner consultations, adopting ample experience. The laboratory's management have numerous contacts throughout Russia in various fields and are ready to share them.
Organization of cooperation with the IBPM RAS is proceeding as scheduled. Expect more information in the near future.
The project's team is working on different tasks, complex issues and non-standard solutions every day. Our actions bring closer the result, which will be observed by all participants of the project.
