3 Victories of our team in 2023.
1. Technology vector.
The current year has been a year of profound study of materials.
The pivotal event is the creation of the main terms of reference with the help of specialists of the FRAXIS engineering centre.
This is the most important document that is the technical roadmap of the project. Its contents are communicated by signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with us.
All technology-related meetings are organised in accordance with this technology roadmap.
There were a lot of important meetings in 2023 and we have built up a large knowledge base and business contacts with major manufacturers.
2. Legal vector.
The legal vector in 2023 has carved out a separate niche and required considerable resources.
The right legal approaches are necessary to create a large-scale business. For this purpose, the best lawyers were engaged and dozens of meetings were held.
Dozens of implementation scenarios were analysed. Many of them were completely revised and changed.
By the end of 2023, we have almost found the perfect model. There is much to be done, but all the actions are already built on our own legal ROADMAP.
Some details of this interaction will never be disclosed, but many will become public.
It is now safe to say that we are forming a holding company with each company having its own role.
The opening of one of the main companies in the Dubai jurisdiction by the end of the year was a positive development.
All actions are implemented with the main goal: to protect the interests of investors and provide stable earnings from the technology.
3. Production vector.
The most labour-intensive line of business in 2023, which required the most effort and attention.
We are expanding the list of contractors who have the ability to execute our order.
There is a huge number of components and offers in this area. A large amount of documentation work is required for correct selection and analysis.
We are handling this vector with confidence and building up our competence. In 2024, the team in this area will be expanded to meet the challenge of the future transition from R&D design to mass production.
2023 is the company's breakthrough year on the road to success!
