We would like to share with you the details of developing the housing for our device. We are carrying out a stage-by-stage elaboration, starting with the production of moulds and ending with the purchase of the necessary equipment for the production line.
How does the process go? First, a test precision mould is made for us, with which we cast the device parts and elaborate the operation of the mechanism. Once we have the final characteristics of the parts, we move on to making the production mould for mass production.
Future production: One of the key elements will be ThermoPlastAutomats equipment for clean production. This high-tech equipment will be used in our production facility to manufacture our device housings.
What does this mean for us? This process will allow us to ensure high-quality enclosure of our device into a housing at our own facilities, and to guarantee reliability and functionality of our devices for our customers.
