We are happy to announce that today we have started the incorporation procedure for InnoBioSystems company in Russia, which is being established for the purpose of making transactions on acquisition of rights to existing solutions in technologies, as well as modification and development of technological solutions in our own laboratory.
InnoBioSystems will become a reliable link for accumulating the MLC technologies and subsequent capitalisation of shares.
Very soon we will provide more details about an important deal made through this company.
