We are proud to announce that on September 11, 2025, MLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dr. Allama ELMEHDI, a recognized international leader in public health, biotechnology and financial security. The document was signed following successful negotiations conducted by our partner Sofian STUMPF, Sales Director of the UICOM Investment Company.
Dr. Allama ELMEHDI is an expert with over 14 years of experience at the confluence of medicine, economics and public policy in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia. She regularly speaks at international forums and conferences, advocating for the idea that health is a universal right and the foundation of peace and development. Her voice is key in the global debate on the sustainability of health systems.
