On October 25, new horizons opened up for the participants of the conference in Ouagadougou, that was hosted by three MLC leaders in Burkina Faso: Moumouni ZONGO, National Representative of MLC, and Yacouba Zoboudre and Étienne Yameogo, National Assistants of MLC.
