On March 2, 2026, the Hetao-Hong Kong Youth Innovation Hub (https://www.eyeshenzhen.com/content/2026-03/04/content_31963248.htm) was officially launched at the Shenzhen branch of the Hong Kong Science Park. MLC was represented at the opening ceremony and innovation exhibition as an existing resident of the park.

Today, it is home to more than 80 companies, and the Hetao Cooperation Zone has accumulated over 200 research projects and over 16,000 researchers. MLC is among them, confirming its high technological status and compliance with strict selection criteria.

Alongside MLC's developments, numerous medical centers, research laboratories, and technology companies are developing cutting-edge solutions in microprocessors, biomedicine, and artificial intelligence. Leading Hong Kong universities have opened their research institutes here.
At the innovation exhibition, 25 companies showcased their technologies, including Haptron Scientific (microsensors) and LuxWise AI (educational technologies).
