We continue to prepare our production facilities in China for the launch of the first sensor production line, as well as a test site for quality control of the manufactured device components.
One of the most important stages is the so-called "clean rooms". These are special rooms with 5, 6 and 7 cleanroom classes, where there is almost no dust or microparticles from the air.
The photo shows our research team in protective suits inside this zone. It looks like a strict technical mode, and it actually is. But the idea behind this is actually simple: the key component of our sensor design is the sensor, which must be manufactured directly in cleanrooms to operate accurately and reliably.
Why is this necessary?
Our sensor is a high-precision medical product. During the manufacturing stage, even microscopic particles can affect its performance.
That's why we:
• control air purity
• strictly regulate the entry and work of people
• comply with special production rules
This is where one of the most sensitive stages takes place, that is working with sensors and final checking of their accuracy.
It's important to understand: a device's accuracy doesn't start in the app or the packaging, but right here, at the production site.
We currently continue to prepare our facilities in China to ensure a stable and controlled future production process and to guarantee the quality of each device.
This is the stage that users rarely see, but it is what determines how reliably the product will operate in real life.
