We would like to share an important update to our Roadmap. Over the course of the project's development, we've realized that mixing investment plans and plans for future public offerings is legally risky and actually hinders our progress on both fronts. Therefore, we've made a strategic decision to separate these processes.
Here's the key information.
What's changing?
Previously, our Investment Roadmap included references to future public offerings. This caused confusion and hindered our development: the characteristics of this "hybrid" did not fit into any regulated category, jeopardizing both investments and our future plans.
Therefore, we are officially excluding plans for public offerings from the current Investment Roadmap. The very possibility of public offerings is now treated as confidential company's plans, and any speculation on this topic will cease until an official announcement is made.
What does this mean for you?
Every investor must clearly understand what asset they are acquiring now.
· You invest to profit from your investment.
· You gain the right to sell your asset at an increased value.
· Your asset (investment shares) is an economic stake in the project, not a share or a stake in the authorized capital.
This is precisely what is stipulated in the investment agreement. No hidden meanings, no confusion.
Our new, clear roadmap
1. Attracting investment through economic participation. We continue to attract funds until the set goals are achieved, and your rights are secured as investment shares.
2. Completing funding through economic participation. Once the required amount is attracted, the sale of investment shares will be closed.
3. Providing exchange mechanisms and market entry. After completion of funding, we prepare the opportunity for you to exchange or sell your investment shares through an exchange platform, an RWA platform, or other legal mechanisms, which we will inform you about later.
Our global goals haven't changed.
We're still building the largest company in the industry and intend to enter major capital markets. You're part of this ambitious journey. We're simply now approaching these goals more deliberately and securely: investments operate under their own rules, and our public offering plans will be prepared separately and confidentially.
