During a working visit to China, the National Representatives of MLC from Burkina Faso — Moumouni ZONGO and Marcel DANGO — visited the cleanroom that houses the in-house production facility for biosensors used in the CGM Flystat system.
This was a unique occasion, as access to the cleanroom where the key component of the CGM Flystat system is developed is tightly controlled, and starting next week, visits by non‑permanent staff of the R&D centre will be completely closed off.
The National Representatives had the opportunity to witness the production of the device's core component, the biosensor, which determines the precision and reliability of the entire system. The leaders spoke with the head of the laboratory and key certification specialists.
They had the chance to ask questions to those directly involved in the production process and received answers that cannot be found in reports or presentations.
This visit has served as a significant concluding point to the National Representatives' working mission in China, as they are returning to Burkina Faso with a renewed level of confidence and understanding that MLC represents a genuine, functioning technology, built by professionals in an environment of rigorous quality control.
