Today we have purchased a high-precision laser machine for cutting material and metal sputtering of our sensor elements in the laboratory.
What do we need the laboratory for?
Our laboratory performs research, refines the technologies, prepares documentation, files for and obtains patents, and has a mini production function.
The technologies and material handling techniques from the pre-production cycle will be scaled up to production based on the experience gained in small volumes during the current R&D stage.
The dimensions of the equipment allow it to be housed in the lab itself. This reduces the time it takes to finalise our sensor based on the data obtained.
The equipment is customised to our specifications. (The cost of our configuration is over $ 35,000).
