MLC Project 2025 Results

2025 marks a key stage of growth and transformation for the MLC project.
This is the year in which the innovative idea finally progressed to the stage of real production and international scaling.

At the end of 2024, MLC began pre-launch funding for a manufacturing company in China, and work began on establishing a quality control laboratory and a distribution department. The project began actively implementing this strategy as early as 2025.

The production line has been consolidated by strategic partnerships.
Over the course of the year, extensive work was undertaken to search for, select, and enter into service contracts with manufacturers for every component of the CGM FLY system, and the process of preparing contract manufacturing and producing test components of the product was launched.
InnoMax Medical Technology LTD, a subsidiary of Foxconn Corporation, was chosen as the main contractor for the assembly of CGM FLY systems.

On April 29, 2025, an important milestone was reached: all allocated technology investment shares were sold or secured in installment plans and are now no longer available for purchasing, and the pre-launch stage for the manufacturing company was also completed.

At the same time, MLC has substantially bolstered its intellectual property.
International patents were obtained, including a Eurasian patent. The total number of patents now amounts to 17, confirming the uniqueness of the developments and the high scientific expertise of the team. An independent assessment found that the project's intellectual property value for the Chinese market alone was $ 108 million, confirming the technology's high market potential.

In 2025, a full-fledged international corporate structure was formed:
MLC Technologies Limited in Hong Kong and Shenzhen MLC Limited in China were registered, and an office was opened in China, which is a key link between development and serial production. Preparations are also underway for launching a full production cycle in China.

In August 2025, the first industrial prototypes of components were made. A large-scale conference was held in Shenzhen, bringing together MLC's founders, scientists, national representatives, and manufacturing partners. At the event, national representatives of the international community were introduced to contract manufacturing and received test industrial prototypes of the CGM FLY system.

The project actively expanded its international presence, participated in global forums, and consolidated investment ties with the support of its strategic partner, UICOM Investment Company, represented by its Sales Director Sofian STUMPF. MLC's participation in AIM Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi became a landmark event. Important international memorandums were also signed with the partners in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other regions.
The project's National Representatives, whose number has grown exponentially by the end of the year to reach 28, held numerous webinars, meetings, and conferences in several African countries, as well as Vietnam. The number of participants in each of these events, depending on the format, exceeded 300 people.

On July 1, 2025, the MLC project celebrated its third anniversary, and in just 2.5 years, the team has completed a journey that typically takes 5 to 7 years in the industry.

2025 marked the year MLC moved from a concept to production, from development to global market, and laid a solid foundation for future scaling and growth.

The number of participants has already exceeded 130,000 individuals from 178 countries, reflecting the project's steady growth and global recognition.
