Starting May 1, the period over which previously issued installment plans can be restored will be updated.
Important:
— Packages of production investment shares purchased before April 30, 2025 inclusive, will no longer be eligible for recovery.
— You can still take advantage of the current conditions until the end of the current period (until April 30, 23:59 UTC+4).
Available now:
• You can independently restore cancelled installment plans issued after April 1, 2025: through your personal office account.
• 50/50 installment plans (purchased after April 1, 2025): by contacting support and converting to a 100% production package while retaining the already repaid technology shares.
Please note:
— Installment plans for 100% technology packages are not subject to recovery.
— Promotional packages can only be restored upon full repayment of the debt.
— Individual offers cannot be restored UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!
— The conditions for restoring packages of investment shares may vary depending on the number of overdue payments being covered: please study the information carefully before confirming.
We recommend that you do not delay and take into account the time it takes for funds to be credited when topping up your account.
