Last weekend, physical meetings with the National Representatives of MLC took place in three French-speaking African countries: Cameroon, Benin and Côte d'Ivoire.
Victor ESSOMBE, National Leader of the project in Cameroon, Ibrahim MOHAMED, his colleague in Benin, Florent EDEH and Mémel Léopold AKPRO, MLC's National Representatives in Côte d'Ivoire, and Octave ASSOGBA, MLC's Director of African Zone Development, demonstrated that the project thrives not only on numbers but on human contact too.
What is the value of in-person meetings?
- First-hand information: the participants are provided with up-to-date information on the progress of the project directly from representatives in their regions.
- Networking with like-minded individuals: the attendees can discuss the prospects of participating in the project with those who already share MLC's values.
- Live dialogue with the leaders: the opportunity to ask questions directly to competent project representatives and get well-reasoned, detailed answers.
What results did the past meetings deliver?
- Many participants confirmed their readiness to move on.
- Product demonstration featuring a CGM system by MLC undergoing certification was highly praised by the audience.
- Exchanging contacts will make it possible for us to continue the dialogues initiated at the meetings with potential project participants.
Face-to-face communication is a powerful tool for building trust and inspiration on your journey to the set goal.
